• Made by Optyl in Germany in the late 1970's
  
  where many other top brands were made under
  
  under licence including Dunhill, Carrera and
  
  later, Paloma Picasso. Slightly wider and narrower
  
  than the earlier 603 (above), the 648 was again
  
  very popular as we find this pair from time to
  
  time. Made into the 1980's, would look great
  
  as just glasses or Rx sunglasses.
