• Oliver Goldsmith Eyewear started over 75 years
  
  ago and are still going today. Perhaps their
  
  peak period was around the time this pair
  
  were made, when movie stars and Royals
  
  were wearing OG designs. Goo Goo is a fabulous
  
  Sixties shape, the eyepieces are discs with
  
  defined edges joining wide arms that stay
  
  wide in a paddle style. (We know it is Goo Goo
  
  as it is one of the designs that has been
  
  released in an updated fashion by Oliver Goldsmith
  
  - but they don't match the original: the 60's version
  
  was given sharper angles and wider paddles.) Original
  
  Oliver Goldsmith frames and sunglasses are now
  
  exhibited in the Victoria & Albert Museum,
  
  London.
