• The striking pearlised blue top layer of this
  
  exquisite French frame has been carved in
  
  feathered channels at the sides to reveal
  
  the black layer underneath and these have
  
  been filled with lines of coloured rhinestones,
  
  the decoration continuing down the arms.
  
  This is of the highest quality in plastic
  
  frames that was available at the time and
  
  would have been very expensive. The
  
  size is small so check size before you buy.
