  and this is a quality frame for women from
  
  around the mid-1960's. (We believe it was
  
  never worn due to its condition as it is still
  
  fitted with blanks.) Liberty were based in NJ
  
  and if it is the same company, they are still
  
  there but have specialised in protective sports
  
  eyewear.
