  • If you want to pay by credit card over the phone, you must give your international phone number and give
    us a time that we can reach you over the next 24-48 hours.**

    Of course, we can be a little flexible - the Kustomer is King afterall - but keep in mind that we are on London
    GMT.

    Remember, the time and date you give must be in your local time zone - we're pretty sophisticated
    here and have time zone charts and stuff like that.

    as these are the addresses we will use to contact you and post to.

* - please note that for orders over 150, we only accept PayPal as the method of payment and international orders will be sent via UPS, not Royal Mail.

If we have the item in stock - of course we may have sold it five minutes before and haven't had a chance
to update the site - we will contact you by email confirming that this item is indeed still available. If you
have submitted your telephone number, we will also confirm the time that you have asked us to call.


If you are paying by PayPal - please wait for your PayPal invoice.

Please note that if payment - or your confirmation of your intention to pay - is not made within 3 days we
will no longer be able to hold items and they will be re-offered for sale.

All sunglasses and frames are sent in a suitable hard case* and then posted in a padded bag. All parcels
are sent insured and will require a signature on delivery.‡


The following prices are calculated on the weight of the average single pair of sunglasses in a hard case
and in a jiffy bag (150g) and rounded up to the nearest UK Pound†. For multiple pairs, we will quote
the price when we contact you, but as a guide, it is approximately 1 extra per pair for UK or 2.00 for
overseas.


For UK Customers - £ 8.00
Special Delivery service, insured to 500.00, next day delivery

For European Customers (see below) - £ 12.00
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service, insured to 250.00 ‡

For World Customers - £ 13.00
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service, insured to 250.00 ‡

* - some sunglasses are too big for the hard cases that we have in stock so in these circumstances, suitable packaging will be provided.

† - if you have ordered a small pair that arrives in a lighter case it may appear that you have paid too much for post. We have calculated
     on the average weight so in these instances, you will have to regard the extra £1 as contributing to the packaging, for which we do not
    make a charge.

‡ As of April 2014, we have switched to using the new Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service which is faster,
more reliable, trackable online and requires a signature. The bad news is that it is only available to 44 countries worldwide,
notable exceptions include Australia, Norway & Spain, who will receive their order via the Royal Mail International Tracked
service instead, which costs the same.

The majority of our sunglasses and frames are used and therefore have wear and tear. We have tried our
best to describe the condition of our products so that there are no surprises when you receive your order.
You must read our help page before you purchase. This, and the corresponding
gradings on the individual description pages, will give you the best indication as to the condition of each pair.

If however you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we guarantee to refund the full amount of the item (less
the cost of the postage) if the item is returned to us in the same condition within 14 days of purchase
(UK customers 7 days)
* † ‡.

IMPORTANT - when returning items please adhere to the following:-
  • the glasses must be placed in a hard case and posted in a jiffy bag
  • overseas customers (outside Europe) must clearly mark the jiffy bag "RETURNED GOODS" and complete
    a customs form, describing the contents and declaring their full value
  • customers within the EU should also write "RETURNED GOODS" on the front of the parcel
    but a customs form is not necessary. Instead, please write "EU ORIGIN" on the reverse, near your
    return address
  • The postal address is:

  • you take a risk if you send them uninsured and not needing a signature
  • please send by letter airmail (it is usually cheaper and quicker), not parcel mail (who don't deliver to PO

* - day of purchase refers to the day we post, ie the date of the postage mark.
† - if costs have been incurred in receiving payment, ie commissions or bank charges which cannot be recovered, these will be deducted from refund.
